Renlong flexible stone wall panels are a zero carbon environmental materials
The carbon emission in 1㎡ of MCM material is 1.02kg CO2e, which is 95.4% less than that of ceramic and 98.63% less than that of stone
The carbon footprint of raw materials is zero, using inorganic solid waste such as urban construction waste, scraps from stone and ceramic factories, and non-metallic tailings as the basic raw materials
The modified clay material production process employs a 100℃ molding technique, utilizing green electricity and steam as energy sources
During transportation, zero-carbon surface material weighs 4kg/㎡, compared to 70kg/㎡ for stone material, resulting in a 94% reduction in transportation energy consumption compared to stone
Recycled and renewable materials from modified clay material can be land filled and naturally degraded when they are removed, allowing them to return to nature. Due to the self-breathing function and specific water absorption rate of the material structure, plant roots can grow into it without damaging the soil.

An Advanced Eco-Friendly Materials From Cradle to Cradle
1. Material Health
MCM materials utilizes inorganic solid waste such as urban construction waste soil, stone factory scraps, ceramic factory leftover materials, and non-metallic tailings as its basic raw materials. These materials undergo crushing, screening, impurity removal, and elimination of heavy metals and foreign objects to ensure the healthiness of the raw materials.
The modified clay material undergoes fine processing, transforming into tiny powder, and then undergoes a modification process using a surfactant with patented technology, allowing modified clay to encapsulate each particle and form a multilayered network structure. Subsequently, through low-temperature pressing, the fine particles are cross-linked together, forming a stable structure.

2. Product Circularity
By hybridizing econic clay material with polymers, more durable and flexible products can be created, which not only reduces the use of plastic products but also extends the modified clay material product's lifespan several times, thereby reducing resource consumption and promoting product recycling. After the end of their lifespan, MCM products can be easily recycled and reused.
Since MCM flexible stone panels do not decompose harmful substances, recycling and reuse become more feasible.
3. Clean Air & Climate Protection
We utilizes self-generated green electricity and steam as energy sources. The products are molded at low temperatures, reducing the reliance on fossil fuels during the production process and contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The entire modified clay material stone wall panels production process produces no smoke, dust, harmful gases, or wastewater, meeting climate protection requirements.
The inorganic characteristics, as well as its use and recycling process, ensure that it does not release harmful gases and does not have a negative impact on the atmosphere.
4. Water and Soil Stewardship
In the production process of Renlong flexible stone, we utilize steam for heating。During the gasification process, the steam is cooled and transformed into production water. This helps reduce the demand for water resources, and our entire production process achieves zero wastewater discharge.
MCM flexible stone are non-vitreous inorganic materials, and they will not have a negative impact on the soil after the end of their product life cycle.
