We collect natural ores, clay, and tailings from industrial beneficiation. These inorganic minerals are classified, heavy metals are removed, and then crushed by equipment to obtain stone powder for gastric lavage. Subsequently, a specially formulated surfactant is used to modify the stone particles in a specific stable environment, so that the surface of each particle is surrounded by active clay components, forming a complex, nested, multi-layer network structure on the surface of the stone particles, namely inorganic organic hybrid structure. This is the modified clay materials (MCM) we want to obtain, and this technology is called "econiclay". Through this modification and activation process, we use mineral powder, clay, natural stone, and other raw materials to produce modified clay inorganic powder. Then, through processes such as low-temperature molding, surface imprinting, and surface 3D spraying, we can manufacture flexible stone panels. We can also design and manufacture modified clay boards with different performance, realistic, and natural stone like properties by adjusting the raw material ratio, temperature, and time.
