The luxurious villa from the 1990s, having weathered three decades of trials, now appears worn and outdated.
The new owner modified it.
Due to the narrow road, the cost of large lifting equipment is too high; night construction would disturb the rest of nearby residents, and with winter approaching, the construction period is very short.
The designer utilized the original building structure and employed EOSD econic clay material to achieve a unified coverage for the exterior walls and roof.
EOSD travertine panels are only 4mm thick, with a density of 1.2. They can be adhered to existing wooden and red brick walls using tile adhesive. After structural reinforcement and waterproofing treatment, EOSD travertine was also installed on the roof.
It is lightweight, easy to transport, convenient for tiling, saves labor, and reduces construction time.
The roofs are either flat or pointed, with seamless transitions between the roof and walls, creating a smooth and unified appearance.
EOSD econic clay panels feature salt spray-resistant and inorganic powder coatings that remain uncolored under sunlight and weather erosion, offering excellent weather resistance, freeze-thaw durability, and over 30 years of outdoor service life.
