1.Material Health
Ecociclay is based on inorganic solid waste such as urban construction waste soil, stone/ceramic factory waste, non-metallic tailings, etc. The preparation process carefully collects, eliminates heavy metals, and classifies and screens to ensure the health of the raw materials. After the material is transformed into a micro level powder, it is modified with specific surfactants to encapsulate each particle, forming a multi-layered network structure with dual protection. Therefore, econiclay meets material health standards and ensures that no harmful substances are released from the product.
2.Product Circularity
After the end of its service life, econiclay products can be easily recycled and reused. Due to its ability to not decompose harmful substances, recycling and reuse have become more feasible. By hybridizing econiclay with polymers, more durable flexible products can be created, which not only reduces plastic usage but also extends the product's lifespan several times, thereby reducing resource consumption and promoting product recycling.
3. Clean Air & Climate Protection
The econiclay factory uses self-produced green electricity/steam as energy, which is formed at low temperatures, reducing dependence on fossil fuels and helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The entire production process is free of dust, harmful gases, and wastewater discharge, meeting climate protection requirements. The inorganic properties of econiclay do not release harmful gases during use and recycling, and do not have a negative impact on the atmosphere, which helps to clean the air.
4.Water & Soil Stewardship
Steam is used in the production process of econiclay products, and during the gasification process, steam is converted into production water, which helps reduce the demand for water resources. At the same time, zero wastewater discharge during the production process is beneficial for water resource protection. Econlay products are non vitrified inorganic materials that have the potential to have no negative impact on the soil after the end of their lifecycle.
5.Social Fairness
The econiclay product process has no emissions of three wastes and no noise, ensuring that workers and communities are not affected by harmful substances and adverse environmental impacts. Low temperature molding and the use of self-produced green electricity/steam as energy sources can help reduce environmental pollution and improve social equity. Implementing carbon neutrality measures is beneficial for sustainable social development. The fire-resistant rating of econiclay products reaches Class A, which helps prevent fires in application areas, improve community safety, and promote social equity.
