The designer cut natural cave stones into small pieces and then pieced them together to create cave stone mosaics, which are used to decorate the walls of smaller spaces such as kitchens, laundry rooms, warehouses, and tool rooms, making the space full of regular repetition, elongating time and space, and adding a sense of spaciousness.

We carefully replicated this mosaic made of natural cave stones, adjusting the ratio of raw materials and process parameters to make this cave stone have better softness. This modified clay material travertine mosaic panel thickness is only 3-8mm, but it can realistically reproduce the texture and mottled feeling of natural cave stones, and has the advantages of bendability, lightweight, waterproof, and moisture-proof.

This modified clay material travertine stone mosaic can be directly pasted on the wall, eliminating the traditional tile laying process and achieving a delicate three-dimensional effect. It is particularly suitable for small spaces such as kitchens, laundry rooms, and warehouses.

Its thickness is only about 3mm, making it very convenient for handling and cutting, and the curved wall can also be easily attached.

Through 3D printing and patented activated soil technology, the natural texture of natural cave stones is preserved while incorporating the texture of age marks, visually almost indistinguishable from real stones.
